When the details are agreed, Mobile Towbars 2U takes the installation payment and coordinates supply and the fitting appointment.
Professional mobile installation
An approved engineer attends the agreed suitable location to fit the tracker and carry out the relevant setup/handover. For later booking questions, you can contact Mobile Towbars 2U.
SUPPORT AFTER INSTALLATION
Monitoring and vehicle information when you need it
The installation is only one part of a monitored tracking system. Global Telemetrics operates a Secure Control Centre 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Depending on the device, the GTE Track app can provide vehicle location information, journey details, supported alerts and account features.
If an alert suggests a possible theft, the monitoring team can respond through its established procedures and support the recovery process. Monitoring requires an active subscription with the tracking provider.
